《工业厂房可靠性鉴定标准》审查会于1989年11月6日至7日在北京召开。会议由冶金部建设司主持,建设部、冶金部、机械电子部、化工部、航空航天部、能源部、中国有色金属总公司、北京有色冶金设计院、中国建筑科学研究院、首都钢铁公司、鞍山钢铁公司、湘潭钢铁公司、太原钢铁公司等科研、设计、高等院校及生产企业共26个单位的45名专家、代表出席了会议。会上首先由主编单位冶金部建筑研究总院介绍了标准的编制经过、范围和编制原则以及国内外已有工业厂房鉴定加固概况和经济与社会效益等,然后分专题汇报了《标准》的主要内容,并介绍了鉴定工程实例。随着工业生产的发展,对已有厂房进行鉴定、加固、改造的工程量越来越大,生产上迫切需要一套完整的已有工业厂房可靠性鉴定的标准。为此,原国家计委标准局于1985年下达了《标准》编制任务。在已
The “Authentication Criteria for the Identification of Industrial Plants” was held in Beijing from November 6 to 7, 1989.
