皮肤粘膜淋巴结综合征又称Kawasaki综合征,是一种小儿疾病,1967年首次报道。本病呈全球性分布,现将作者遇到的6例报告于下。临床资料本组男4例,女2例。年龄最小2岁,最大的1例为17岁,均为春秋季发病。本组病例均发热5天以上,双眼结膜充血,口唇干裂、发红、杨梅状舌。发病初期手足硬肿和掌跖发红,恢复期指趾端膜状脱皮。颈淋巴结肿大,直径达1.5cm以上。皮肤呈多型性红色斑丘疹。5例心脏有异常表现,其中心动过速4例,1例心音低钝、心动过缓及轻度房室传导阻滞。腹泻3例。关节肿痛1例,胆囊肿大2例,其中1例伴黄疸。实验室检查:外周血白细胞总数在12～26.4×10~9/L间,以中性粒细胞为主;红细胞在30～46×
Mucosal lymph node syndrome, also known as Kawasaki syndrome, is a pediatric disease that was first reported in 1967. The disease is globally distributed, now the author encountered six cases reported below. Clinical data The group of 4 males and 2 females. The youngest 2 years old, the largest one case of 17 years old, are the onset of spring and autumn. The patients were more than 5 days fever, conjunctival hyperemia, chapped lips, redness, bayberry tongue. Early onset of hand, foot and hand palmatosis, redness, recovery of the toe side of the membrane peeling. Cervical lymph nodes, diameter of 1.5cm or more. The skin is pleomorphic red rash. 5 cases of abnormal heart performance, including 4 cases of tachycardia, 1 case of blunt low heart rate, bradycardia and mild atrioventricular block. 3 cases of diarrhea. 1 case of joint swelling and pain, 2 cases of gallbladder swelling, 1 case with jaundice. Laboratory tests: the total number of peripheral leukocytes in 12 ~ 26.4 × 10 ~ 9 / L to neutrophil-based; red blood cells in 30 ~ 46 ×
