绘有人物、花卉、禽兽等色彩图案的各式餐具,绚丽多姿,富丽堂皇。殊不知五彩缤纷的喷花、彩绘、贴花等艺术装饰,却潜伏着污染食物的危害。上海、苏州、辽宁、甘肃等省、市卫生防疫站,曾对534件各式餐具,用4％醋酸溶液和水溶液分别作浸泡试验。检测结果,鲜艳的色彩变得暗淡,光洁明亮的釉面失去了光泽,酸性溶液和水溶液中铅、镉、砷、锑、氟等有害化学物质,均超过安全指标。
