成人高等教育是我国高等教育和成人教育的重要组成部分。长期的发展表明,成人高等教育的发展不仅是外延式的数量发展或外在办学形式的变化,还包括其内在精神和价值的提升,是“型”的演化过程,要走内涵式发展道路。我国成人高等教育的内涵式发展必须坚持科学的指导原则,从人才培养目标的定位、特色专业的开设、办学效益与办学规模的相互协调、教师队伍建设以及管理等多个层面展开。
Adult higher education is an important part of our higher education and adult education.
