目的:探讨瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩方式的选择。方法:回顾性分析我院2012年1月-2013年6月76例瘢痕子宫再次妊娠分娩产妇病例。结果:阴道试产成功者从经济上、患者身体情况上均优于再次剖宫产者。
Objective: To explore the choice of the mode of delivery of pregnancy after scar pregnancy. Methods: A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2012 -2013 in June 76 cases of uterine scar pregnancy again childbirth maternal cases. Results: Successful vaginal pilot production economically, the patient’s physical condition are better than cesarean section again.
