各种中厚板高强度钢的生产和轧后超快冷等技术的应用,对预矫直工艺和设备的发展提出了要求。针对预矫直工艺特点,以7辊预矫直机为研究对象,建立了中厚板预矫直过程的三维有限元模型。通过数值模拟,对比了大变形、小变形、小倾角整体倾斜、大倾角整体倾斜4种矫直方案中钢板的残留挠度和残余应力,并分析了矫直速度对矫直过程的影响。结果表明:预矫直可有效改善轧制板形缺陷,大倾角整体倾斜方案较适合本文研究的中厚板预矫直机。
The production of various high-strength steel plate and ultra-rapid cooling after rolling technology, the pre-straightening technology and equipment for the development of the request. According to the characteristics of pre-straightening process, a 7-roll pre-straightening machine is taken as the research object, and a three-dimensional finite element model of pre-straightening plate is established. Through the numerical simulation, the residual deflection and residual stress of the steel plate under four kinds of straightening schemes are compared, such as large deformation, small deformation, total inclination of small inclination and total inclination of large inclination, and the influence of straightening speed on the straightening process is analyzed. The results show that the pre-straightening can effectively improve the sheet-metal rolling defects, and the large-inclination slanting scheme is more suitable for the plate pre-straightening machine studied in this paper.
