针对某厂CSP热连轧二级控制系统存在的软硬件故障率高、部分高档产品控制精度低等问题,提出一套适合在线实施的全面升级方案。在现有一级系统基本保持不变的原则下,采用新的二级系统代替原有二级系统,改造后的新二级系统实现了轧件跟踪、实测值处理、数学模型等关键功能。改造中,为了便于新系统调试优化,采用通信网关服务器技术实现新旧系统的并行运行和在线切换。
Aiming at the problems of the high failure rate of hardware and software and the control accuracy of some high-grade products in the secondary control system of CSP hot strip mill in a certain plant, a comprehensive upgrade scheme suitable for on-line implementation is proposed. Under the condition that the existing primary system remains basically unchanged, a new secondary system is adopted to replace the original secondary system. The new secondary system after transformation has realized the key functions of rolling stock tracking, measured value processing and mathematical model. In the transformation, in order to facilitate the debugging and optimization of the new system, the communication gateway server technology is adopted to realize the parallel operation and online switching of the old system and the new system.
