我院1986～1994年间共出诊救治各种严重创伤16例。现就基层创伤院前急救工作谈几点体会。临床资料:本组严重创伤16例,男13例,女3例,平均年龄31岁,中青年占68%。伤者以工人居多。生产劳动致伤居首位56.2%,次为交通车祸25%。伤后昏迷5例,休克6例;本组颅脑损伤6例,胸部损伤6例,腹部损伤2例,泌尿系损伤1例,脊柱骨盆损伤共2 Our hospital from 1986 to 1994 were diagnosed and treated a variety of serious trauma in 16 cases. Now on the grass-roots trauma hospital emergency work to talk a few experiences. Clinical data: 16 cases of severe trauma in this group, 13 males and 3 females, average age 31 years, 68% of young people. The wounded are mostly workers. Labor-related injuries accounted for 56.2% of the total, followed by traffic accidents by 25%. 5 cases of coma after injury, shock in 6 cases; the group of 6 cases of traumatic brain injury, chest injury in 6 cases, 2 cases of abdominal injury, urinary injury in 1 case, 2 cases of spinal pelvic injury
