我院1997年2月至1998年2月对重度窒息住院的新生儿进行脑血流速度测定的同时,行头颅CT检查,两者对照分析,评价预后,并对部分患儿进行智测随访,现将结果报告如下。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 观察足月儿40例,男21例,女19例;1min或5min Apgar评分≤3分有38例;出生体重<2500g6例,2500~4000g32例,>4000g2例。另选择足月新生儿20例为正常对照组,Apgar评分1~5min均为10分,正常分娩,无缺氧窒息病史。
