本文围绕战场工程建设的军事效益和经济效益匹配和总体方案评价问题,用价值工程理论提供研究途径,并简要介绍价值工程原理及效益,试图将价值工程引入军事工程中。
This paper focuses on the matching of military benefits, economic benefits and overall program evaluation of battlefield construction. It provides a research approach with value engineering theory and introduces the principles and benefits of value engineering in an attempt to introduce value engineering into military engineering.
