目的:探讨肛周尖锐湿疣有效治疗手段。方法:采用YAG激光对136例肛周尖锐湿疣的疣体进行破坏后,于疣体基底部给予聚肌胞局部注射。结果:一次性治愈107例(78.68％),复发29例(21.32％)。结论:YAG激光术联合聚肌胞局部注射治疗肛周尖锐湿疣疗效好,复发率低。
Objective: To explore the effective treatment of perianal genital warts. Methods: YAG laser was used to injure the wart of 136 cases of perianal condyloma acuminatum, and local injection of polychaetes was given to the basal part of the wart. Results: 107 cases (78.68%) were cured in one time and 29 cases (21.32%) were relapsed. Conclusion: YAG laser combined with polymyosine local injection in the treatment of perianal condyloma acuminatum has good effect and low recurrence rate.
