近年来,梅毒发病呈逐年递增趋势.成人梅毒多有报导,胎传梅毒尚属少见.现就一家4例梅毒感染的调查,报告如下.1 病例介绍患儿,男,60d,足月顺产,第2胎.母乳喂养,出生后30d发现患儿两足底潮红,有暗红色斑丘疹,周边有少量鳞屑,右足底有水疱.在当地诊断为牛皮癣,未治疗.10d后,发现患儿尿黄,县医院以传染性肝炎收住.经抗炎、保肝治疗无效.且皮疹增多,而来蚌埠某院诊治,门诊以肝脾肿大待查收住儿科病房.查体:T36℃,P130/min,R45次/min,体重5kg.巩膜黄染.肝肋缘下4.5cm,质地Ⅱ度,脾肋下5cm.臀部、双下肢、双足足跖均可见豌豆大小暗红色斑丘疹,压之退色,多数散在,表面覆有少量鳞屑.右足足底有3cm×3cm水疱.其他未见异常.
