自1991年8月以来.我们应用生抑素(Somatostatin)施他宁(Stilamin)治疗12例经静脉持续滴注垂体后叶素或(和)三腔二囊管压迫无效的食道静脉曲张破裂出血患者,取得了较好的疗效,现报告如下.
