白血病被发现虽已百余年,但至今尚无满意的疗法。我国白血病的病案报告,大概以1918年Korns氏报告的五例为最早;以后逐渐增多。根据收集到的文献材料,包括病案报告,病历讨论和有关记载,总计已有475例之多(1—31)(表三);但以过去人民生活困难,劳动大众少有到医院诊病的机会与权利,加以白血病临床表现复杂,不典型病例易被忽视,故实际例数绝不止此。本文系分析近六年半来在镇江所见的白血病病人37例,以供同道参考。
