按一般国际标准,城市室内允许的声级为42分贝。我国的有关部门也规定,噪声的最大限度为80分贝。联合国经济合作与发展组织对噪声污染的研究后得出结论:人能忍受噪声的限度平均不得超过65分贝,我们平时居家使用的家用电器的声级都比较高。例如电风扇是45-50分贝;洗衣机是60-80分贝;电冰箱是30-40分贝;电视机是50-70分贝;收录机是80分贝;电吹风是50-60分贝;电动剃须刀是47-60分贝……由此可见,仅同时启动两件家电,就大大超过了城市室内的声级标准。
According to the general international standards, the indoor sound level allowed in the city is 42 dB. Relevant departments of our country also stipulate that the maximum noise limit is 80 dB. A study by the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development on noise pollution concluded that the average human noise limit should not exceed 65 dB, and the household appliances we normally use at home use a higher sound level. For example, the electric fan is 45-50 decibels; the washing machine is 60-80 decibels; the refrigerator is 30-40 decibels; the television set is 50-70 decibel; the tape recorder is 80 decibels; the hair drier is 50-60 decibels; 47-60 dB ... Thus, only two appliances at the same time to start, it greatly exceeded the city indoor sound level standards.
