砌块技术应用于建筑事业已有90多年历史,应用相当普遍;在我国,也有30多年。随着经济建设,国内各大城市进行旧城改造,致使很多民用住宅开始扩大房屋建筑,希望在改革浪潮中,政府能给多一些补贴。然而,在我国由于砌块技术在实际工程应用中许多问题尚未得到根本性地解决,因此建成的砌块建筑,普遍存在“热、裂、漏”的质量通病,造成了严重的建筑渗漏,影响人们日常生活。本次论文的研究工作主要集中于民用建筑混凝土砌块的渗漏成因试验分析,并对已产生渗漏的砌体房屋提出治理方案。
Block technology used in the construction industry has more than 90 years of history, the application is quite common in our country, there are 30 years. With the economic construction, the transformation of the old cities in major cities in China has led to the expansion of housing construction of many civilian residences. It is hoped that the government will give more subsidies in the wave of reform. However, in our country, many problems in practical engineering have not yet been solved fundamentally in our country. Therefore, there are common problems in building block construction, such as “hot, cracked and leaked” Leak, affecting people’s daily lives. The research work of this dissertation mainly focuses on the analysis of seepage cause of concrete blocks in civil buildings and puts forward the management plan for the masonry buildings that have leaked.
