近年来,我国火灾形势仍然十分严峻,群死群伤火灾时有发生,火灾所造成的损失一直呈上升趋势,特别需要关注的是,随着经济建设和基本建设的快速发展,消防产品需求急剧增多,但由于市场调控措施不尽完善,国家行政审批制度改革和消防产品监管体制尚处于转型时期,一些不法厂商大肆生产假冒伪劣消防产品,以低价格、低质量向社会和市场进行大量倾销,导致当前消防产品质量低劣、市场秩序混乱,打击假冒伪劣消防产品市场秩序,是保护消防产品健康发展,提高社会公共安全保障水平的一件大事,不容忽视。
