一、前言国家标准1958-80规定,评定直线度误差时,被测线应与理想直线比较,而理想直线的位置应符合最小条件,即是说理想直线应处在被测线对它的最大距离为最小的位置上,也就是要找一个最小包容区,最小包容区的宽度即直线度误差。目前最常见测量直线度误差的方法,有两端点连线法、最小二乘法和最小区域法,前二者都属于近似的方法,后者测值接近于真值,也是国家标准规定的方法。本文推荐的方法属最小区域法,利用微机,找出代表被测直线的回归直线方程式y=Bo+Bx,再旋转这条直线,把它旋转
