2013年7月23日,延边石岘白麓纸业股份有限公司发布公告称,公司接到参股子公司延边晨鸣纸业有限公司变更后的营业执照,该公司现更名为延边双鹿化纤有限公司,注册资本为8163.3万元,延边石岘白麓纸业股份有限公司出资5400万元,占其总股本的49%。延边双鹿化纤有限公司经营范围为:黏胶纤维木浆、造纸木浆及其他商品浆、热力、电力、机械、黏合剂、木素磺酸钙、木素磺酸钠等木素磺酸盐系列产品、本企业自产产品及相关技术的出口业务;经营本企业生产、科研所需的原辅材料、机械设备、仪器仪表、零配件及相关技术的进口业务;木素复合肥销售及其他业务。
