我队自贯彻国务院69号文件后,在候马市地办及队党委的领导下,加强了地震予测予防工作,从一九七五年一月成立了防震抗震领导组,由队党委书记崔志文同志任组长,下设地震观测组,由车间抽调三名青年徒工任观测员,并由一名地质技术员兼管观测组。成立观测组后,队领导及各单位很重视这项工作,在物质上给予了大力支持,并在不影响生产的情况下,拨出了一部分仪器设备,又自己动手制做一部份土仪器。我们先
