吩嗪硫酸甲酯phenazine methosulphate简称PMS,是生物化学中重要的试剂,特别对酶学的研究是最新人工合成的递氢体。在此试剂未合成前,一般采用心肌黄酶作为脱氢酶反应中的递氢体,但该试剂系生物制品,不易处理和保存。人工合成的PMS不但性能较稳定,而且容易处理,反应效果亦好,与心肌黄酶比较,反应速度要提高数十倍。目前皆以此试剂代替酶。
Phenazine methosulphate, abbreviated as PMS, is an important reagent in biochemistry, especially for the study of enzymology is the latest artificial synthesis of hydrogen transfer. Before this reagent is synthesized, diaphorase is generally used as a hydrogen donor in the dehydrogenase reaction, but the reagent is a biological product that is not easy to handle and preserve. Artificially synthesized PMS is not only more stable in performance, but also easier to handle and has better reaction results. Compared with diaphorase, the reaction rate is increased by several dozen times. At present, this reagent is used instead of enzyme.
