与粉煤灰碾压筑坝相比,粉煤灰水力冲填筑坝不仅避免了粉煤灰的装、运、卸等工序,大大减轻了灰尘污染,而且具有脱水固结快、振动液化易加密等优点。秦岭电厂三灰场采用该方法,在施工中严把原材料关,坚持“三检制”,加强施工过程质量检查等手段控制施工质量。实践证明,粉煤灰水力冲填筑坝在技术上是可行的,在经济上是合理的。
