7月27日至29日,浙江省档案局(馆)长刘芸到丽水的遂昌、庆元、云和等地调研“十三五”档案事业发展规划。她强调:“十三五”时期全省档案事业发展要以习近平总书记提出的档案工作走向依法管理、走向开放、走向现代化为根本遵循,深入贯彻落实中办、国办《关于加强和改进新形势下档案工作的意见》和省“两办”《实施意见》精神,突出“五档共建”主抓手,打造浙江档案工作升级版,加快建设与我省经济社会发展相适应的档案工作
