4月14日,财政部举行新闻发布会,财政部新闻发言人、办公厅主任欧文汉主持发布了一季度财政收支情况,财政部预算司司长李敬辉、国库司司长刘祝余出席发布会。数据显示,今年一季度财政收支均较快增长,结构不断优化,财政实现“开门红”。财政收入较快增长一季度全国一般公共预算收入44366亿元,同比增长14.1%。其中,中央一般公共预算收入20159亿元,同比增长17.1%;地方一般公共预算本级收入24207亿元,同比增长11.7%。全国一般公共预算收入中的税收收入37793亿元,同比增长14.7%;非税收入6573亿元,同比增长10.6%。

Among them, the general public budget revenue of the central government was 2,015.9 billion yuan, up 17.1% over the same period of last year; and the revenue of local general public budgets was 2,420.7 billion yuan, an increase of 11.7% over the same period of last year. Tax revenues in the general public budget revenue were 3,779.3 billion yuan, an increase of 14.7% over the same period of last year; non-tax revenue was 657.3 billion yuan, up 10.6% over the same period of last year.
