我县在实行“分级办学、分级管理”的体制中,正确处理好县、乡两级的关系,在县切实负起基础教育管理责任的前提下,充分发挥乡管教育的作用,拟订了《祁门县乡(镇)教育工作管理暂行办法》,初步明确了乡镇管理教育的八项主要职责: 1.保证法律、方针政策和上级有关指示、决定在本乡(镇)的贯彻执行。 2.拟订本乡(镇)的教育事业规划和学校布局方案,经县人民政府审核批准后,负责实施九年制义务教育,办好学前教育,抓好农民文化技术教育。
