宜昌市自1987年开展性病监测以来,截至1990年11月30日,累计发生STD患者963例,现将情况报告如下: 一、方法及资料来源 1.各监测点及卫生医疗单位疫报;2.市中心专科门诊;3.特殊人群检查;4.诊断依据:病史、临床、病原学检查。二、监测结果 1.发病情况及趋势(1987至1990年):近四年来我市累计发生性病患者963例,发病数每年平均以3.23倍的速度上升。 2.性别分布:963例患者,男性724例、女性239例,男女之比为3.03:1,但近两年男女发病比
