为鼓励、引导和支持社会组织参与帮教工作,促进刑满释放人员顺利融入社会,预防和减少重新违法犯罪,维护社会和谐稳定,司法部、中央综治办、民政部、财政部近日联合制定印发《关于社会组织参与帮教刑满释放人员工作的意见》(以下简称《意见》)。为帮助各级安置帮教机构工作人员和社会公众全面准确理解《意见》精神,司法部负责同志就相关问题回答了本刊记者提问。
In order to encourage, guide and support the participation of social organizations in teaching and education, promote the smooth integration of prisoners, release and re-commit crimes, prevent and reduce the recurrence of crimes and safeguard social harmony and stability, the Ministry of Justice, the Central Bureau for Comprehensive Management, the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Ministry of Finance Opinions on the Participation of Social Organizations in the Work of Assisting and Releasing Staff in Teaching and Punishment (hereinafter referred to as “opinions”). In order to help staffs at all levels of resettlement agencies and the general public understand the spirit of “opinions” in an all-round way, the responsible comrades of the Ministry of Justice answered the questions raised by our correspondents on relevant issues.
