【编者按】9月—10月间,本刊编辑部两赴广东省,深入到广州、深圳、中山等市进行专题调研。领改革开放风气之先的广东,积极探索社会建设和管理创新,大力培育社会组织,充分发挥社会组织主体作用,不断提高社会自治能力,加快形成科学有效的社会治理体制,呈现出了社会组织蓬勃发展“百花齐放”、社会组织理论和声音“百家争鸣”、各地社会组织工作创新“百舸争流”的生动局面。
