民营经济,尤其是那种创业者本身的起点并不高,靠着白手起家打拼出来的企业,通常很难逃得过“家族”的烙印,即使像中国的希望集团、美国的福特集团这样的豪门也概莫能外。回首民营医院的创业历程,我们同样会发现,现下的国内小有规模的民营医院中,沿袭家族制管理的依旧占据了大半的席位。然而,随着医疗行业市场化的不断发展,包括外资在内各种经济力量纷纷“抢摊登陆”,在他们的面前,一边是日益残酷的竞争,一边是急待扩张的企业,依靠原有家族制管理模式就显得有些力不从心了。按马克思的再生产理论来说, 就是走完了外延的扩大再生产之路, 必然要转而走向内涵的扩大再生产之路。或者按当代经济学理论来说,就是到了需要建立现代企业管理制度的时候,只有完成了内部的体制改革, 才能实现企业“凤凰涅磐”般的质变, 走上竞争大潮的浪尖。
