The successful research and development of “corn cob raw and cultivated mushroom technology” was completed by the College of Forestry of Shenyang Agricultural University. After the Science and Technology Department of Ning Province organized experts to identify: the technology to fill the gaps in the corn cob raw material cultivation of mushrooms reached the international advanced level. The advantage of this technology is that the raw materials of shiitake mushrooms are replaced by corncob, which is very suitable for the production of mushrooms in the corn producing areas in China.
