气体渗碳是先进的化学热处理工艺,巳被广泛采用。但气体渗碳时間較长,生产效率低,因此我厂采用提高渗碳温度、改进渗碳剂及控制廢气閥火苗高度等办法,来縮短渗碳时間。我厂用煤油和酒精作为渗碳剂。在实际生产中証明:这样渗件表面炭黑少,渗碳速度快。現介紹于下,供参考。一、用煤油和酒精共滴法作为Ⅱ型炉渗碳剂用煤油和酒精进行共滴法渗碳。其具体操作是这样的:渗件装炉后通电升温,当溫度升至約700℃时,以20~30滴/分开始滴入酒精(C_2H_5OH),升至750~800℃时,以50~70滴/分滴入,随着温度的升高,酒精的滴入量逐一增加,当温度为850~900℃时,以90~110滴/分滴入,达到渗碳温度940℃时,开始滴入
