１５ｔ台车式铸钢件退火炉，采用机械往复炉排燃煤机、单侧大燃烧室束放型火墙中下部反射加热方式，热气流分布大为改善，炉温均匀；应用复合保温墙体和单侧机械喷射排烟系统，实现了造价低、运行热效率高和满足环境保护对退火炉排烟排尘指标的要求。
