本文描述循环逐次逼近法ADC(模拟-数字变换器)的数学研究,给出它的变换函数。道宽、微分非线性的计算公式与道宽分布规律。提出了改善或消除这类ADC微分非线性的所谓“(h~1)~i回路”理论与基于这个理论设计的新型ADC电路。
This article describes the cycle successive approximation ADC (analog - digital converter) mathematical research, given its transformation function. Road width, differential nonlinearity of the calculation formula and the width of the law. The so-called “(h ~ 1) ~ i loop” theory to improve or eliminate the differential nonlinearity of these ADCs is proposed and a new type of ADC circuit based on this theory is proposed.
