近几年来,银行职工教育事业发展很快。1982年以来,总行在吉林省建起管理干部学院一所;吉林省分行建起职工中专两所、干部学校六所,招收大中专学员3,607人,现已毕业1,180人。这为提高干部职工素质、促进工作开展,发挥了积极的作用。但由于此项工作历程较短,经验不足,有些问题还需要进一步研究和探索。本文仅就如何提高职工教育的经济效益问题谈点管窥之见。
In recent years, bank employee education has developed rapidly. Since 1982, the head office has set up a college of management cadres in Jilin Province. Jilin Branch has set up two vocational secondary schools and six cadre schools to recruit 3,607 college graduates and 1,180 graduates now. This has played a positive role in improving the quality of cadres and workers and in promoting their work. However, due to the short work history and lack of experience, some problems still need further research and exploration. This article only discusses how to improve the economic benefits of staff education.
