目的:探讨磁石最佳炮制条件。方法:采用正交试验法,对矿物药磁石在不同炮制条件下其有效成分Fe2+离子的溶出率进行测定,并测定了磁石炮制前后微量元素含量。结果:660℃,煅烧20min,醋淬1次为磁石最佳炮制条件。炮制品中微量元素溶出较生品有明显升高。结论:对研究磁石炮制机理及制订最佳炮制工艺具有一定意义
Objective: To explore the best processing conditions for magnets. Methods: The orthogonal test method was used to determine the dissolution rate of Fe2+ ion of the mineral drug magnet under different processing conditions. The content of trace elements before and after magnetic processing was determined. Results: 660 °C, calcination 20min, vinegar quenching 1 times for the best processing conditions of the magnet. Trace elements in processed products have been significantly higher than raw products. Conclusion: It is of significance to study the mechanism of magnetism processing and to formulate the best processing technology.
