在浙北1 000kV变电站工程中首次采用1 000kV钢管人字柱构架,为验证构架计算理论与设计假定条件的符合程度以及所采用的计算模型、构造要求是否适用于1 000kV构架,同时也检验结构构造的安全性、稳定性是否符合设计预期效果,开展了1 000kV钢管人字柱构架真型试验,构架柱顺利通过了各设计荷载测试,各杆件未见异常.并对试验数据进行处理和分析,结构强度和变形满足设计要求,计算模型与实际相符.同时构件加工、运输及安装均可满足设计要求.
