80年代中期,我国经济生活中出现横向经济联合的热潮,政府亦采取相关措施推动横联,由此引发企业集团的出现.到了90年代,明确了社会主义市场经济的目标模式,以建立现代企业制度作为经济体制微观再造的努力,围绕改制、改组、改造任务的落实,又一次把组建企业集团、做大做强、“抓大放小”的战略选择提上议事日程.这时期的体制条件、市场环境使集团生长发育进入一个新的境界.本文拟围绕企业集团的内涵、性质、特征,企业集团的形成机理和组建途径方式,企业集团的管理三个方面作一初步探讨.
In the mid-1980s, there was an upsurge of horizontal economy in China’s economic life. The government also adopted relevant measures to promote cross-linking, which led to the emergence of enterprise groups. By the 1990s, the target model of the socialist market economy was clearly established to establish modern enterprises. As a micro-economic reconstruction of the economic system, the system centered on the implementation of the tasks of restructuring, reorganization, and transformation. It once again put on the agenda a strategy to form enterprise groups, make them bigger and stronger, and “grasp the big ones.” Institutional conditions for this period The market environment has brought the Group’s growth and development into a new realm. This paper intends to make a preliminary study of the connotation, nature and characteristics of enterprise groups, the formation mechanism of enterprise groups, the methods of formation and the management of enterprise groups.
