唐山钢厂第一炼钢车间,最近转炉生产的生铁消耗量有了显著的降低。今年4月份,该车间的生铁消耗为1632.19kg/吨,到8月份已降低至1341.23kg/吨,9月份的1~6日继续降低到1235.36kg/吨。这是由于全体职工继续深入开展了增产节约运动和优质、高产、高寿,节约、安全五比红旗竞赛的结果,同时也由于在技术管理和实际生产中,采取了许多降低生铁消耗的措施的结果。现将其采取的主要的措施综述如下:(1)在化铁炉方面:铁水温度和铁水成份对生产消耗有很大的影响,高温操作这是转炉炼钢的最重要要求,温度高,使反应快而稳,化渣快喷溅少,利于去硫,而尤其是在扒渣前(指双渣法)去硫,温度高时 FeO 低,更利于去硫。又如若扒前温度高时,可加无烟煤能使 FeO 降到2%以下,大大提高去硫效率。从化铁炉本身方面,温度高这是降低硅损、铁损和去硫的主要条件之一.在铁水成份方面,硅高能保证温度和增强
