１９７７～１９８７年我院收治原发性结外淋巴瘤１００例，占同期住院淋巴瘤患者的１４．７７％。主要见于扁桃体、胃肠等器官。分别行手术、放疗、化疗及综合治疗，５年随访率９２％。结果综合治疗组较单纯手术或单纯放、化疗组３年、５年生存率明显提高；Ⅰ～Ⅳ期之间３年、５年生存率亦有非常显著性差异，并就影响预后的因素进行了探讨。
From 1977 to 1987, 100 cases of primary extranodal lymphoma were treated in our hospital, which accounted for 14.77% of patients with in-hospital lymphoma in the same period. Mainly found in tonsils, gastrointestinal and other organs. After surgery, radiotherapy, chemotherapy, and comprehensive treatment, the follow-up rate was 92%. Results The three-year and five-year survival rates of the comprehensive treatment group were significantly higher than those of the surgery alone or the radiotherapy and chemotherapy group. The 3-year and 5-year survival rates of the I-IV patients were also significantly different, and the factors affecting the prognosis were evaluated. Discussed.
