在小学教育中,有一项重要的教学任务就是转化后进生。后进生不仅仅是教师和学校关注的焦点,还是家长与社会共同关注的问题。因此,对后进生的转化成为语文教师重要的教学责任。但在具体的实施中,语文教师该如何将后进生进行转化,成为教师值得探索的问题。在本文中,笔者就自身的教学经验来谈谈有关后进生问题转化的几点策略,以供各位同仁参考。
In primary education, there is an important teaching task is to transform the post-graduation. Post-graduation students are not only the focus of attention of teachers and schools, or parents and the community are concerned about the issue. Therefore, the transformation of post-graduation has become an important teaching responsibility of Chinese teachers.
