在江苏省的Hb普查中,检出一异常血红蛋白,电泳行为与HbG相同,珠蛋白解链电泳提示为β链异常。异常肽链的化学分析表明为β链22位谷氨酸残基被甘氨酸残基取代,证明此种Hb为Hb G Taipei,用β~(22(B4))Glu→Gly表示。
Hb census in Jiangsu Province, detected an abnormal hemoglobin, electrophoresis behavior and HbG the same, globin melting electrophoresis suggested abnormalities of the beta chain. Chemical analysis of the anomalous peptide showed that the glutamic acid residue at position 22 of the β-chain was substituted by a glycine residue. This Hb was proved to be HbGTaipei, which is represented by β ~ (22 (B4)) Glu → Gly.
