雷公藤水煎剂给药5~8天,引起动物胸腺萎缩,胸腺细胞对白细胞介素1(IL—1)的反应性降低;脾细胞对刀豆蛋白A(conA)诱导的T细胞增殖反应减弱;脾细胞产生白细胞介素2(IL—2)能力降低;以及脾细胞中Thy 1阳性细胞百分数明显减少等,说明雷公藤对T细胞介导的细胞免疫功能有明显的抑制作用。
Tripterygium wilfordii decoction administered for 5 to 8 days caused animal thymus atrophy and decreased thymocyte reactivity to interleukin 1 (IL-1); spleen cells responded to concanavalin A (conA)-induced T cell proliferation. Weakened; the ability of spleen cells to produce interleukin 2 (IL-2) decreased; and the percentage of Thy 1 positive cells in spleen cells decreased significantly, indicating that Tripterygium wilfordii has a significant inhibitory effect on T cell-mediated cellular immune function.
