浙江宁波市江北区总工会周永卫报道日前,宁波市江北区启动实施企业服务经理人制度,为区域经济实现又好又快发展提供强劲动力。为全力破解当前经济社会发展中的重点难点问题,江北区针对区域经济实体的实际,推出“企业服务经理人”长效帮扶新机制,着力破解企业发展难题。在制订下发的《关于建立企业服务经理人长效机制的实施意见》中,明确要求江北区经济相关部门科级及以上干部、各街道(镇、工业区)班子成员、经发科(局)科级及以上干部、其他部门现职副处级及以上干部都要成为企业服务经理人。

In formulating and promulgating the “Opinions on Establishing a Long-acting Mechanism for Enterprise Service Managers”, it was explicitly required that members of the cadres at all levels and above in the economic-related departments of Jiangbei District and members of the streets (towns and industrial districts) ) Branch level and above cadres, other departments are currently Deputy Deputy Director level and above cadres must become business service manager.
