目的建立超声洗脱法测定工作场所空气煤焦油沥青烟挥发物和焦炉逸散物中苯溶解物的方法。方法用超细玻璃纤维滤膜采集空气样品,用苯超声洗脱30 m in,苯溶解物用称重法测定。结果方法检出限为0.017 mg;精密度为4.93%~6.42%;回收率为95.3%~103.8%;洗脱效率为91.2%~103.9%。结论该法精密度、回收率及洗脱效率均能满足生产环境中有毒有害物质检测方法研制规范要求,能准确测定工作场所空气中煤焦油沥青烟挥发物和焦炉逸散物中苯溶物的水平。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the determination of benzene solute in the air of coal tar pitch fume and coke oven in the workplace by ultrasonic elution. Methods Air samples were collected with an ultrafine glass fiber filter and eluted with benzene for 30 min. The dissolved benzene was measured by weighing method. Results The detection limit was 0.017 mg. The precision was 4.93% ~ 6.42%. The recoveries ranged from 95.3% to 103.8%. The elution efficiencies ranged from 91.2% to 103.9%. Conclusion The precision, recovery rate and elution efficiency of the method can meet the requirements of the research and development of toxic and hazardous substances in the production environment, and can accurately determine the benzene solubles in the air of coal tar pitch and coke oven in the workplace s level.
