提出了潜艇多媒体侦察系统的工作原理和设计方案,建立了一个基于QDD—10对空导航潜望镜、CCD彩色摄像机和多媒体计算机之上的侦察系统,分析了海上目标图象的退化,并提出了一套相应的图象处理算法。
The working principle and design scheme of submarine multi-media reconnaissance system are proposed. A reconnaissance system based on QDD-10 pair periscope, CCD color camera and multimedia computer is established. The degradation of the target image is analyzed and a Set of corresponding image processing algorithms.
