先天性下直肌缺如在临床上是罕见的。我院于1997年2月20日收治一例先天性下直肌缺如的眼科患者,现报告如下。患者,男,18岁。自幼发现右眼眼位不正,于1997年2月20日来我院眼科就诊。全身检查来见异常。眼科检查:双眼视力1.0,左眼为固视眼。双眼向前方注视时,右眼呈上斜位,眼球下转运动障碍。角膜映光法检查,右眼上斜25°,双眼前节无异常,直接检眼镜下眼底无异常。诊断为“右眼麻痹性上斜视”。局麻下行“右眼上斜视矫正术”,术中将右眼上直肌徒后 Congenital inferior rectus abscess is clinically rare.
