随着我国对外开放水平的进一步提高,“洋货”大量涌入国内。其积极效应是激励我国民族工业不断上质量,上档次,降低成本,提高效益,增强竞争力;其负面效果,则在相当程度上阻遏、压抑了民族工业的正常发展,尤以航空、汽车、化肥、医药、电子及电子设备、照相设备及胶片工业以及一部分日用品工业为明显,这不能不引起国人的深深忧虑。对此我们应有清醒的认识,亦应采取相应的对策。这里仅就个人所思,提出几点建议:
With the further improvement of China’s openness to the outside world, “foreign goods” has flooded into China. Its positive effect is to encourage our national industry to continuously improve its quality, improve its grades, reduce costs, increase profits, and enhance its competitiveness; its negative effects, to a considerable extent, deter and suppress the normal development of national industries, especially in aviation and automobiles. The chemical fertilizers, pharmaceuticals, electronic and electronic equipment, photographic equipment and film industry, and a part of the daily necessities industry are obvious. This can not but arouse the deep anxiety of the people. We should have a clear understanding of this and we should also take corresponding measures. Here are just a few suggestions for individual thinking:
