目前基于集成运放构建的忆阻器等效实现电路能处理的信号功率较小,通常为毫瓦数量级.针对此问题,提出了一种基于SPWM控制实现的大功率磁控型忆阻器等效电路.该电路包括主电路和控制电路两部分,其主电路由无源低通滤波电路和可变电阻电路组成,采用电感、电阻、开关管等元器件实现,因而可用于大功率应用场合.仿真和实验结果表明所提出电路的端口电阻具有忆阻器所特有的斜“8”字伏安特性曲线,可有效实现忆阻器的功能特性;并且电路能处理的信号功率达到数百瓦;此外,所提出的电路所用元器件较少、电路结构简单、易于实现,并有助于降低研发成本.
