28 years ago, he was still a fledgling substitute teacher. After 28 years, he led the school to implement group-based schooling, exploring effective education and characteristic development, promoting balanced development of compulsory education in the region and becoming a banner of local frontline education and reform. Behind “Transformation” is his relentless pursuit of the dream of educators. He said that if the soldier who does not want to be a general is not a good soldier and he does not want to be an educator or a good teacher, his ideal is to become an educator.
