目的了解龙岩市某化肥厂作业人员健康情况。方法 2009年对龙岩市某生产化肥工厂的作业人员325名进行心电图检查,并选择不接触有害因素的职工330名进行对照。结果心电图异常检出率,接触组为41.23%,对照组为29.39%(P<0.01)。其中,窦性心动过缓和心室(左心室右心室)高电压检出率较为多见,均为接触组高于对照组,差异有非常显著性(χ2=10.07,P<0.01;χ2=4.14,P<0.05);接触组有随着年龄的增高而增加的趋势,≤29岁与30岁~比较差异有非常显著性(χ2=17.76,P<0.01),30岁~与40岁~比较差异有非常显著性(χ2=8.56,P<0.01),40岁~与≥50岁比较差异有显著性(χ2=4.30,P<0.05);工龄15年以上的接触组与对照组心电图异常检出率的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论长时间在化肥作业岗位作业人员可造成心电图的异常改变,年龄大、工龄长者异常改变尤为严重。
Objective To understand the health status of workers in a fertilizer plant in Longyan City. Methods A total of 325 workers in a chemical fertilizer plant in Longyan city were examined by electrocardiogram in 2009 and 330 workers who did not contact with harmful factors were selected for comparison. Results The detection rate of abnormal electrocardiogram was 41.23% in the contact group and 29.39% in the control group (P <0.01). Among them, sinus bradycardia and ventricular (left ventricular right ventricular) high voltage detection rate is more common, both contact group higher than the control group, the difference was significant (χ2 = 10.07, P <0.01; χ2 = 4.14, P <0.05). The contact group increased with the increase of age. The difference between ≤29 and 30 years old was significant (χ2 = 17.76, P <0.01). The difference between 30 years old and 40 years old was significant (Χ2 = 8.56, P <0.01). There were significant differences between the age of 40 and 50 years old (χ2 = 4.30, P <0.05). The electrocardiogram abnormalities of the contact group and the control group were more than 15 years The difference was not significant (P> 0.05). Conclusion For a long time in the fertilizer job site workers can cause abnormal changes in ECG, elderly, seniority abnormal long-term changes are particularly serious.
